Illustrative route — actual stops vary by day.

Trash day is the one chore nobody wakes up happy for.

Overflowing bins & curb clutter

Missed pickup days mean cans sit out for a week, drawing complaints and hurting curb appeal.

Bulky cardboard & move-in waste

Boxes pile up beside bins and blow into yards. Standard service won't take them.

Residents who can't manage bins

Some residents physically can't wheel cans. Others travel and miss pickup windows.

It lands on you

Trash complaints are one of the most common sources of resident friction — and they're yours to handle.

For short-term rentals

STR Turnover Bundle

Custom per portfolio

Can-to-curb and can washing for STR portfolios with properties in a nearby vicinity — or on-call overflow removal for turnover days. Your guests never see a full bin.

How it works

One route. Three stops.

01Stop 1

We walk your property

Dave meets you on-site to understand the layout, pickup schedule, and any trouble spots.

02Stop 2

We build your plan

Resident-paid subscription, HOA-covered amenity, or a hybrid — structured around how your community actually runs.

03Stop 3

We run the route

Cans make it to the curb. Overflow disappears. You stop fielding complaints about trash.

No contracts to start. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

For property managers & HOAs

Founding Partner Program

Dirty Dave’s is opening up Community Trash Valet to a small number of College Station properties first. Founding partners get the closest attention, the best rate we’ll ever offer, and a service built around their property from day one.

Month-to-month, no risk
Start with a trial period. If it's not working, you're not locked into anything.

For short-term rental managers

Trash handled between every guest

Scattered single-family STRs don’t fit standard valet service — so we built offers that do. Whether you manage five doors or fifty, there’s a version of this that fits your portfolio.

Clustered portfolios

Properties in a nearby vicinity? We bundle can-to-curb and can washing across your whole portfolio — one route, one invoice, every property covered.

On-call turnover overflow

Guest checkout left bags the bin can't hold? We clear turnover overflow on demand, so the next guest never sees it and your cleaners aren't hauling trash.

Remote owners covered

You're managing for owners who aren't on site. Bins that make it to the curb and back — without anyone driving over — is one less thing on your checklist.
