Trash valet is a convenient doorstep pickup service for residents of apartments, condos, and similar planned communities. Instead of hauling your trash to the dumpster yourself, we come by on scheduled days to collect it from right outside your door.
How does it work?
Simply bag your trash, place it outside your door in the provided bin or container during your community’s designated pickup hours, and our team will collect it. Easy, clean, and hassle-free.
What days and times do you pick up?
Service days and times vary by property. Typically, pickups happen 3–5 evenings per week between 6 PM – 9 PM. Check with your leasing office or our team for your community’s exact schedule.
What can I put out for pickup?
Regular household bagged trash is accepted. Bags should be tied securely and not weigh more than 25 lbs.
What is a Can to Curb service?
The way to completely automate your trash day and never miss it again. Your cans will be rolled out to the curb for pickup, and rolled back in after keeping your life clean and convenient.
How does it work?
Just sign up, make sure your cans are able to be accessed and forget about trash day! We will ensure that they roll out on time, and roll back within 24 hrs.

What happens if it gets missed?
Although we have never missed, if we do we will provide complementary Overflow Trash Pickup. Ensuring all your needs are met.
What’s “overflow” service?
Sometimes life gets messy. Moving in, moving out, parties, or your roommate forgetting to set out the trash. Our overflow service is your backup plan when you’ve got more trash than typical pickups can handle. You book us, and we BTHO your trash.
Can the city issue fines for overflowing trash?
Yes, they are also able to issue fines if you leave your can on the curb for too long.
